Event Description
This talk will focus on some aspects of the formation and endurance of the Welsh colony established in the province of Chubut, Patagonia, Argentina in 1865. Why is was established and in what form Welshness manifested itself and remains to this day.

Comment by mona everett on November 5, 2009 at 5:07pm - Anyone who can go to this should--you will not be disappointed. I heard his talk on Patagonia a couple of weeks ago at the Welsh Heritage Weekend in Wymore, NE, and he was the highlight of the festival Very personable, too.
