About Me:

Of Welsh descent, last relative from Wales hasn't been around in almost 100 years, I live near Chicago with my wife Cari and my four children Gavin, Jonathon, Liam, and Bryn. I teach biology at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. I have a fondness for Welsh words but I have found it difficult to find solid language learning opportunities. Hobbies include: almost all things biological especially if it involves insects, fish, or birds, ecology, evolution, or taxonomy, hiking, drawing etc, etc, etc . . . Feel free to leave a message or a comment; I'm terribly glad to have been invited to join in conversation with other like-minded, or at least like-descended, Welshmen.
