About Me:

Im from Caernarfon, I work out in Iraq for a security company.
I was in the Army for 12 years, in a Welsh Regiment (1st The Queens Dragoon Guards, The Welsh Cavalry) , which is the only cavalry regiment of Wales. Im very interested about Welsh American History, I would like to know more about how some Welsh comunities prospered and made an impact on the American way of life!!!

What is your interest in or connection to Wales?

Famous Welsh Americans, Area's in were Welsh people flurished!!!

I had the good fortune to finally visit the region in March of 2005, with my dad, and brother. Best trip and time of our lives. I love Caernarfon... we stayed at the Prince of Wales for the better part of a week, and ate every where, but especially had a couple good dinners at the Black Boy.... had great beers everywhere, ship and castle just to name one.... as you're interested in Welsh peoples and places, 2 hours from me is a beautiful coastal town called "Cambria", and it's no secret why it was so named...although, in my biased opinion, it's not quite as pretty as the Welsh country side and coasts, it is quite stunning. and there's actually some websites, which I'm sure you've seen, that list tons of famous Welsh-Americans, from actors to politicians, etc... I've researched a bit of that too... anyway, i'm rambling.... hope you're well... pleasure to make your acquaintance...
