A pub, no traffic, rural, 14th century, medieaval church adjacent, good beer, peace, log fires, pure escapism. Where else but Wales.
The lure of honest pay for honest work caused my ancestors to leave Cardigan and eventually Wales itself. It wasn't much better for the miners in America than it was for them in Wales. A great video.

There is no chance of us getting to politically correct or loosing the hwyl! Thats the fun of it all..
Have been going to the Hesston steam museum over by the Michigan/Indiana border quite a bit with my boyo this summer, good place (www.hesston.org) bit pricey though, tend to drop $50 every time I go there.
Worth it for this though!
