- I am proud to claim Welsh heritage. My grandfather was from Abergele. After coming to the states he was ordained a Presbyterian minister and preached in Welsh churches here in the US. For my 65th birthday my wife and I went to Wales to celebrate on top of Mt. Snowdon and to meet my relatives. That was the best birthday ever.
