Well, it seems it hasn't completely stopped me, but there has been a detour...and it has brought me to some beautiful places. Though I still don't feel as though I am doing my best work, the digital camera has helped me capture some of that beauty so I can share. The quote I hope I haven't borrowed from anyone else, but with my mind the way it is who knows...I love nature and rocks and I write poetry and journals as well as take the pictures. Those words were from one of my unfinished poems. The poetry contest is on my mind these days.
I will attempt to add some more of my photos. I always enjoy getting on this site and going through the albums. It stretches my world.

Thank you for inviting me to view your photography. It is stunning and though I haven't looked at all that is posted, felt a real longing for home. "Stone Wall, solid rock cradle..."
I was an inspirational, nature photographer before being injured with a pesticide. Recently, someone gave me a little digital camera that helps me capture some of the beauty that surrounds me. One of my dearest friends is Quaker and she is kind enough to put up with my un-Quakerly verbal prayers, while I am blessed with the power of her silent petitions.

Ken,

Thanks for your message. I live in Ammanford and I know of you through your photography in Carmarthenshire Life. My main interest is the local history of the area between the Amman and Towy valleys.
