- Hi Mary, thanks for the comments, If you go into Welsh Recipes you will find Merlyn's Best Faggot Recipes, but there is a slight flaw in it and that is I say Beef Liver but traditionally it was made with Pigs liver with a few other unmentionable organs of the Pig like Heart and Lungs, but I do not want to put people off the delicious taste of a good Welsh Faggot, you should add that to your small repertoire of Welsh Recipes, Thanks again Merlyn........

- I had a Welsh Taid - grandfather who lived with us for a while. However, most of my knowledge of Wales and Welsh started here in Phoenix when I began to study "yr hen iaith" in the class led by John Good. I also joined Welsh League of Arizona in 1999. Every year or two I visit my Welsh cousins in Wales and England.
