There was a local band here called Source. They are pretty good. I haven’t seen them around for a bit though. Another is Devotchka, (not sure if that is right), I am not sure what genre they fall under either, but its different. Buck 25 is my favorite though.

I haven't been to Austin in quite a number of years. from what I remember it seems like a great place. Here in Denver we haven't much in the way of local music. some, but most is pretty bad. This time of year there really isnt anything happening. When ski season starts, there can be some great music at a few clubs in the hills.

Yes....... I just moved from Phoneix AZ last October. I was living on East Thunderbird Road, about a half a block west of 32nd Street.... sort of near the Paridise Vally Mall. I love AZ! And I will be moving back just as soon as I finish things up here in Texas....
