About Me:

Welsh descent from my mother whose parents were Howells and Evans, first and second generation from the South Wales steel areas, who settled in Girard, Ohio in the 19th Century. I am a widower and work at my own business as a manufacturer's rep for industrial, engineered equipment and fabrication. I am very active in music . . . vocal in church choir and as member of New Jersey Choral Society . . . instrumental as clarinetist, saxophonist and vocalist with my own traditional, hot jazz band, Dr. Dubious and the Agnostics and with the Teaneck Community Band for 18 years in the Summer.

Welcome to this wonderful site...be careful, it is addictive.
It looks like you enjoy the cooking. Did you check out the Welsh Recipes site or notice the recipe for the frogs and eels. Quite interesting.
If you Google search, there is a video of pennsauken historical society. My former history teacher talks about the Welsh settlements in South Jersey. My grandmother's mother was one who settled there. She married a Williams whose father settled in PA.
