welsh national anthem

I want to learn to sing hen wlad fy nhadau (for the wales v. france match friday) but without a phonetic spelling of the words I don't think I can
most of the versions I have heard it is difficult to pick out the pronunciation
I need something simple you know written for drunken illiterate (I thought of misspelling illiterate to make my point)
any help
